5×5 progression – start at 50% of 1RMโ€ฆadd 5# each lift/10# for dead lift/2-3# for lower weight bench/press
BSโ€ฆ5×5
Benchโ€ฆ5×5
Barbell rowโ€ฆ5×5
Do all of one (back squat) then the next one (bench)

Five rounds for time of:
15 Wall Ball Shots
10 Toes to Bar
5 Burpees

optional…
Accumulate two minutes in each of the following positions:
Couch Stretch (Left Leg)
Couch Stretch (Right Leg)
Pigeon Stretch (Left Leg Forward)
Pigeon Stretch (Right Leg Forward)
